Gift certificates are eligible toward the purchase of tickets to any events sold by the Arts Ticket Center.

How to Buy

Online

Available in increments of $25, up to $250

Print or forward your confirmation email to the recipient.

Call or email the ticket center to request a complimentary greeting card. You may pick it up in person, or we can mail it to you or your recipient.

How to Redeem

Call the Arts Ticket Center, or bring your certificate to the box office in person. Your gift may be used to purchase tickets that day, or the funds can be added to your account for future purchases. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

A gift certificate can be purchased and added directly to your student’s Arts Ticket Center account. If they don’t already have one, we can create one.

Yes, your gift certificate can be replaced if it has not already been redeemed. Visit the ticket center in person to have your certificate reissued.

If you are the gift giver: Bring your valid ID, and we’ll provide you with a replacement.
If you are the recipient: Bring your valid ID, the gift’s value, plus the name and account number of the gift giver.

The Arts Ticket Center is not responsible for the value of lost or stolen gift certificates if redeemed by an unintended recipient.

Gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of purchase. If your certificate expired, visit the unclaimed property department of the Pennsylvania Treasury to recover any remaining funds.

A fee equal to 1% of the gift balance is assessed annually after 5 years of inactivity.

No. Gift certificates can only be applied to the purchase of tickets sold by the Arts Ticket Center. Our events are not available on Ticketmaster.com.

No. The Arts Ticket Center does not accept Ticketmaster gift cards.
